Returns and Refunds

Just Cediess offers a ten (10) day guarantee refund on most products (with the exception of essential oils, body products, undergarments, detailed below). If the product is defective, we’ll happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept a return refund for the 75% value of the remaining sell-able product but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot accept returns of essential oils, body products, and undergarments.  

To submit a return or report a damaged or defective product for a refund, email details to cediesscandthings@yahoo.com. Allow up to 72 hours for a response.
